Van Azadian is the Founder, CEO, & Chief Investment Officer of Spark Capital Management, a New York–based long-only equity investment firm he founded in January 2025.

Spark Capital Management is a concentrated, research-intensive, fundamental value investor. The firm conducts deep primary research and invests in a focused set of high-quality public companies with durable business models, exceptional fundamentals, and long-term compounding potential.

Since inception, the partnership has delivered market-beating performance, driven by its disciplined investment process and focus on intrinsic value. Azadian emphasizes alignment and accountability by investing his own capital alongside that of his limited partners.

He is an Honors Economics major at Villanova University and a graduate of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program.
